1 Next-day connection is available for customers with an existing nbn® service at the address and an nbn®-approved modem. Delays may occur if you’re moving address or for circumstances beyond our control. There will be a short downtime when switching between nbn® providers. Fees and/or notice periods may apply for terminating your service with your existing provider.

2 If you’re on an nbn® Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) or Fixed Wireless (FW) connection, you will need to contact your current provider to cancel your service. Fees and/or notice periods may apply for terminating your service with your existing provider.

3 Fees may apply, including a new development fee of $300.

4 Speeds experienced may be lower. Typical evening speeds are based on customer averages between 7pm-11pm each day and are not a guaranteed minimum.

5 You’ll need an nbn® approved modem to use Australia Post Broadband. If you’re on an nbn® Fibre to the Node (FTTN) or Fibre to the Building (FTTB) connection, your modem must be able to support VDSL2.

6 Optional voice add-on includes unlimited standard calls to Australian numbers. Excludes calls to international numbers, satellite and premium numbers.

7 Optional 10% discount automatically applies to your Australia Post Mobile renewals when you have an active Australia Post Mobile and Australia Post Broadband service on the same account (and continues while both services are on that account). Discount does not apply to your Australia Post Broadband service. Learn more.

The AP Broadband service is provided by Australian Postal Corporation on the nbn® network and you must have an approved modem to operate on that network. Usage subject to Fair Go Policy.
