Everything you need to know about your billing

Your first bill

The day you activate your SIM and successfully pay for your chosen service is your bill cycle date - the first day of your 30-day access fee of your selected service for 30-days.  


You pay in advance for each 30-day bill cycle. Your first bill is paid for during activation and a discount equal to the amount you paid for your SIM card is applied in this first bill. For example, if you select a $25 plan during activation and your FlexiSIM cost $4.00 your first bill will be $21.00. Any discount applied during payment is displayed in your invoice/order confirmation, which is sent to you via email.


To avoid confusion, any additional usage not included in your service plan, be it calls, text, data or value-added services such as overseas credit, are billed separately and paid for in advance. Upon successful payment for any additional usage you will be emailed an invoice.

Your second and subsequent bills (single service)

After your first bill payment, a successful payment is required prior to the end of each 30-day bill cycle for your service to continue uninterrupted.


Paying for your bill

If auto-renew is set in your account the payment amount required will automatically be deducted from your saved payment method on the final day of your 30-day billing cycle. You will receive an email and SMS 5-days before the end of your billing cycle that will confirm the payment amount.


If auto-renew is not set in your account the payment amount required will need to be paid through your account via a valid payment method before the end of your 30-day billing cycle. You will receive an email and SMS 10 and 5-days before the end of your billing cycle that will confirm the payment amount required.


Upon successful payment you will be emailed an invoice for your current billing cycle.

Your first bill for additional FlexiSIM services under your account

You can add up to 5 FlexiSIM services under one account. 


You must select 'Add to my existing account' during activation to add the SIM under your account. The additional SIM and chosen service will be added to your account upon successful SIM activation and will join the existing SIM's 30-day bill cycle.


The plan payment made during activation covers the usage for the remainder of the current billing cycle (including all plan benefits) with any days that have lapsed in the billing cycle before successful activation being credited towards the next billing period.

Your next bill after an additional FlexiSIM service is added to your account 

The next bill after an additional FlexiSIM is added to your account will align all FlexiSIM services to the billing cycle of the first SIM added to this account. This ensures all future billing cycles are aligned. 


The additional FlexiSIM will start its second billing cycle on the recurring billing cycle date of the first SIM on the account. The charge for the additional FlexiSIM in this bill will be pro rated to equal the amount of days not used on the first 30-day billing cycle.  


What is pro rata?

Pro rata means proportional, and in short means, you’re only charged for the proportion of the second billing cycle that was not covered by your first 30-day billing cycle payment. You can expect this charge on your bill to be less than your 30-day plan fee and will be shown as a discount in your invoice.


Paying for your bill

Upon successful payment you will be emailed an invoice for your current billing cycle. Any discount applied during payment is displayed in your emailed tax invoice.
