Here's what you'll need:

To port your exisiting phone number from ${ currentProvider.name } to Australia Post Mobile, you will need the following:

  1. Identification (Driver's license, Australian Passport, Australian Travel Visa).
  2. You must have no outstanding payments.
  3. The date of birth registered with ${ currentProvider.name }.
  4. Account number registered with ${ currentProvider.name }
  5. Account number registered with ${ currentProvider.name }

Here's what to expect:

  1. Transferring/Porting your number can take up to 72 hours to process (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
  2. Your current service will not stop working until the transfer is complete.
  3. DO NOT cancel your existing service, your service needs to be active for us to transfer your number.
  4. Leave your current SIM in your phone until it stops working or we notify you that the transfer has been completed.
  5. When your current SIM stops working, put your new Australia Post Mobile SIM into your phone, power it off and back on again to connect to the network.
  6. We recommend you ensure your current service is not in arrears when attempting to transfer/port your number, as this may delay or cause the request to be denied.
