During activation, you'll either save a credit card or pay using a voucher from an Australia Post Office. At the end of the 30 day billing period, your saved credit card will be automatically charged for the next month. If you paid with a voucher, you'll need to purchase a new voucher and redeem it in the account area before the end of the current billing period.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I pay my bill each month?
What happens if I don't have a credit card saved?
We highly recommend that you have a credit card saved in your account to ensure you don't lose coverage, or your phone number. Once your 30 day billing period has ended, your service will be suspended and you won't be able to send or receive calls, sms or use mobile data. 4 days after your account is suspended and you haven't recharged your account with a voucher or started a new plan with a credit card, your SIM will be barred and you will lose the associated phone number. At this point, to resume a FlexiSIM plan, you will need to order a new SIM card which will come with a brand new phone number.
What if I use up all my data?
When your data limit has been reached, you'll have the opportunity to add 1GB of data for $10 or you can choose a new plan with a higher data limit. The 30 day billing period will be reset if a new plan is selected.
How do I change my plan?
Log into your account and select 'change plan'. Plans with higher data allowances will start immediately giving you access to your new data allowance straight away, while switching to a plan with a lower allowance will switch when your current billing month (30 day billing period) has ended.
Can I have more than one SIM on my account?
Yes, you can have additional SIMs on your account by logging in to that account during activation. While additional SIMs can be used by other people, all SIMs will be use the same billing method.
How do I change my address or phone details?

How do I change my email address?

What are the charges for international calls, text and data?
